Did my doe miscarry? Empty Did my doe miscarry?

Post  Thistle Fri Feb 07, 2014 1:03 pm

Hi, new here. Was wondering if anyone could advise me on whether or not my doe has miscarried. She is a smaller doe, bred for the first time this fall and is often picked on by the larger, older does. She was showing obvious signs of being pregnant until suddenly she seems to have become much thinner. No other signs of possible miscarriage. I'm not sure whether to think this is simply her getting leaner in general or if she has lost the kid. Thanks for any thoughts on this.
