hey i got it to work simple contruction it is a woden box 24" by 17" i mounted a light with a dimmer switch (100 w light) and some chicken wire i am going into town today to buy a hygrometer and then i will start incubating and i will post my results home made incubator Dscf2712

today i saw the first sighn of life in the eggs i can see the heart developing can even see it beating tryed taking pics but u cant see it very good so i will take new ones tommoro and hopefully it will be more defined it has been 7 days very happy Very Happy

we are less then a week away from hatch day i am pretty sure that i got 5 that will hatch but i cant say for sure the eggs are dark when i candled them i am getting excited i will stop turning the eggs in a couple days Very Happy

day 22 and nothing has hatched disapointed but will try again i have seperated my rooster with 3 hens will start incubating new batch next week
